I saw lots of poor reviews so I was a bit skeptical. I requested a taxi for 7:45am, they arrived early and had no problem waiting for me to be ready. The driver was very polite. I found it to be a bit pricey but overall good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Terrible service, booked a cab for a specific time to pick up my kids from school in the afternoon .. they did not show up.. and the times I called them back they just said they are busy and was very rude about it ... 100 percent will not be using this company .. I recommend Grey Cab in prince albert
Always get rides quickly, the drivers are friendly and cars are nice to decent. I recommend heavily for anyone needing a taxi in PA
The daytime dispatcher, A grumpy old white guy, Who mumbles curse words under his breath every time you ask for taxi Services. That man needs to be taught a lesson in respect, manners, professionalism, and customer service. Sorry I am asking you to do your job. He is Unbelievably rude on many occasions. By comparison, The night-time dispatcher is courteous and polite.
Today I asked for a taxi and he replied that he was coming. When he arrived, he called me asking, “Where are you going?” I did not answer and sat in the seat. He said, “Because there is another request.” I did not understand how to respond to a request when he did not complete the previous request. He was greedy and covetous, and did not even give the opportunity to others. And in the end, he completely turned the car around. In front of the school door, which is prohibited
